Separation & Divorce Support Group

The Separation & Divorce Self-Help Group is focussed on helping and supporting individuals who are going through separation and divorce. The group can help people to move through the labyrinth of pragmatic and emotional issues associated with divorce. Generally there is a weekly meeting. Other seminars, workshops and discussions may be held periodically. The group is intended to provide a safe and supportive environment that members can use to work on their own individual goals. Members are encouraged to bring issues and problems they are experiencing to the group and to actively participate in sharing their insights and experiences.

Individual counselling / therapy session are 50 minutes in length.

Marriage counselling and couples counselling sessions are 75 minutes.

24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Missed appointments are billed at your usual fee. There is a $25.00 charge for NSF cheques.
